Conduct routine site visits, take vitals, assess, document progress.
Act as health resource for staff; train staff in medical arena.
Conduct audits and reviews of medications.
Ensure compliance with state requirements and policies for medical care and records.
Full-time Mon-Fri; occasional travel; on-call triage 1 week/mo.

🎯 Requirements

Indiana LPN license required.
1-2 years experience with disabilities/long-term care preferred.
Skilled, flexible, dependable; team-oriented.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to work independently and efficiently.
Organizational and computer skills; background and driving record acceptable.
