Support individuals with developmental disabilities in adult residential facilities
On call rotation for triage of emergencies about 1 week per month
Mileage & cell phone reimbursement
Flexible hours; 5 day work week; typically 8am-5pm; no weekends
Case management with semi-annual physical assessments
Team oriented, low-stress environment

🎯 Requirements

Active LPN license in Indiana
1-2 years experience with disabilities or long-term care preferred
Strong verbal/written communication skills
Ability to work independently and efficiently
Organizational and computer skills
Acceptable background and driving record checks

Full Time: Mon-Fri Day Shift; NO WEEKENDS
