Support individuals with developmental disabilities in New Castle, IN facilities
On-call triage for emergencies about 1 week per month
Flexible hours; 40 hours Mon-Fri, no weekends typically 8am-5pm
Case management with semi-annual physical assessments

Active LPN license in Indiana
1-2 years with disabilities or long-term care preferred
Strong communication; independent and efficient work
Organizational and computer skills
Background and driving record check acceptable
