We are seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to help support individuals with developmental
On-call rotation for triage of emergencies 1 week per month.
Mileage & Cell Phone Reimbursement.
Flexible Hours – 5 day work week, NO Weekends, typically 8am-5pm.
Low stress, relaxed environment with case management responsibilities.

🎯 Requirements

Current Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in Indiana.
1-2 years experience with individuals with disabilities or long-term care preferred.
Strong communication, ability to work independently, and good organizational/computer skills.
Acceptable background and driving record checks.

Full Time: Mon - Friday Day Shift, NO WEEKENDS
