Licensed School-Based Clinical Program Supervisor (K-8)

📋 Description

• Provide school-based mental health services: individual, group, and family therapy
• Conduct intake, diagnostic, and clinical assessments
• Partner with families; facilitate parent support programs
• Conduct risk assessments and crisis intervention; coordinate referrals
• Oversee day-to-day clinical operations of the program
• Develop and implement evidence-based treatment plans

🎯 Requirements

• Active clinical license in state (LCSW, LPC, LMFT)
• Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, or related field
• 4+ years experience with children/adolescents with behavioral and emotional needs
• 2+ years supervising staff in a clinical setting; supervision certification preferred
• Experience collaborating with families, school staff, and interdisciplinary teams
• Proficiency with EMR and Microsoft Office; strong documentation
