Licensed School-Based Clinician

📋 Description

• Provide school-based mental health services (individual, group, family therapy)
• Conduct intake, diagnostic, and clinical assessments
• Perform risk assessments and crisis intervention to ensure student safety
• Develop and implement individualized, evidence-based treatment plans
• Collaborate with families and school staff to support student success
• Participate in supervision, team meetings, and ongoing professional development

🎯 Requirements

• Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, or related field
• Active clinical license (LCSW, LPC, LMFT) in the state
• 2+ years of experience with children/adolescents
• Proficient in clinical documentation and EMR and Microsoft Office
• Strong communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills
• Maintain ethical practice and professional conduct
