Licensed School-Based Clinician (High School)

📋 Description

• Provide school-based mental health services (individual, group, family therapy).
• Conduct intake, diagnostic, and clinical assessments.
• Partner with families to deliver student care and parent programming.
• Develop and implement individualized, evidence-based treatment plans.
• Conduct risk assessments and crisis intervention; coordinate referrals.
• Collaborate with families, school staff, and interdisciplinary teams for coordinated care.

🎯 Requirements

• Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, or related field.
• Active clinical license (LCSW/LPC/LMFT) in the state.
• 2+ years experience with children/adolescents with behavioral needs.
• 2+ years experience with schools, families, and community services.
• Proficient in clinical documentation and EMR/Microsoft Office.
• Strong communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
