Licensed School-Based Lead Clinician

📋 Description

• Provide school-based mental health services (individual, group, family therapy).
• Conduct intake, diagnostic, and clinical assessments.
• Oversee day-to-day clinical operations of the school program.
• Develop and implement individualized, evidence-based treatment plans.
• Collaborate with families, school staff, and interdisciplinary teams.
• Support student safety through crisis intervention and referrals.

🎯 Requirements

• Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, or related field.
• Active clinical license in state (e.g., LSW/LCSW, LAC/LPC, LMFT/LAMFT).
• 3+ years’ experience with children/adolescents with behavioral/emotional needs.
• Proficient in clinical documentation and EMR; maintain timely records.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to work independently with sound clinical judgment.
