Licensed School-Based Lead Clinician

📋 Description

• Provide school-based mental health services including individual, group, and family therapy, intake, and assessments
• Lead day-to-day operations of the assigned school-based clinical program
• Collaborate with families, school staff, and interdisciplinary teams to coordinate care
• Develop and implement individualized, evidence-based treatment plans
• Conduct risk assessments and crisis intervention to ensure student safety
• Partner with families to support parent programming and engagement

🎯 Requirements

• Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, or related field
• Active clinical license in the state (e.g., LCSW, LPC, LMFT)
• 3+ years of experience with children/adolescents with behavioral and emotional needs
• Proficiency with clinical documentation and EMR; timely records
• Ability to work independently with sound clinical judgment
• School-based experience; collaboration with families and schools
