Licensed School-Based Lead Clinician

📋 Description

• Provide school-based mental health services: individual, group, and family therapy.
• Conduct intake, diagnostic, and clinical assessments.
• Develop evidence-based treatment plans to support students' emotional, behavioral, and academic success.
• Conduct risk assessments and crisis intervention; coordinate referrals as needed.
• Collaborate with families, school staff, and interdisciplinary teams; provide consultation.
• Maintain timely, accurate clinical documentation in EMR and other systems.

🎯 Requirements

• Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, or related field
• Active clinical license (LCSW, LPC, LMFT) in the state of services
• 3+ years experience with children/adolescents with behavioral and emotional needs
• Proficient in clinical documentation; EMR and Microsoft Office
• Ability to work independently with sound clinical judgment
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
