Licensed School-Based Lead Clinician

📋 Description

• Conduct mental health screenings across 1 high school building in district.
• Utilize evidence-based screening tools to assess students' mental health status.
• Analyze screening data to determine the need for further evaluation or intervention.
• Collaborate with school staff, parents, and mental health professionals to develop appropriate
• Provide individual therapy to a select caseload of students and make referrals to appropriate
• Coordinate and actively participate in re-entry meetings for students returning after screenings.

🎯 Requirements

• Master's degree in social work, counseling, psychology, or a related field.
• Current full or associate clinical license in social work (LSW/LCSW), counseling (LAC/LPC), or
• Minimum of 3 years of experience working with children and/or adolescents with significant
• Minimum of 2 years of experience administering crisis screening assessments to children.
• Strong knowledge of early childhood and elementary developmental milestones, as well as common
• Experience with crisis intervention, risk assessment, and care coordination for students in need of
