Licensed School-Based Mental Health Clinician (Lead)

📋 Description

• Provide school-based mental health services (individual, group, family therapy)
• Perform intake, diagnostic, and clinical assessments
• Oversee day-to-day clinical operations of the school-based program
• Partner with families, school staff, and interdisciplinary teams; deliver coordinated care
• Develop and implement individualized, evidence-based treatment plans
• Conduct risk assessments and crisis intervention as needed

🎯 Requirements

• Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, or related field
• Active clinical license (e.g., LCSW, LPC, LMFT) in the state of practice
• 3+ years of experience with children/adolescents with behavioral and emotional needs
• Proficient in clinical documentation and EMR systems
• Strong communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently with sound clinical judgment in a fast-paced environment
