📋 Description

  • Provide school-based mental health services: individual, group, and family therapy, with intake and assessments.
  • Oversee day-to-day clinical operations of the school program.
  • Act as primary clinical contact for school partners.

  • Develop and implement individualized, evidence-based treatment plans.

🎯 Requirements

  • Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, or related field.
  • Active license in the state (LCSW/LPC/LMFT).
  • 3+ years' experience with children/adolescents with behavioral/emotional needs.
  • Ability to work independently with strong clinical judgment.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills.
  • Trauma-informed practices experience or training preferred.
