Licensed School-Based Mental Health Clinician (Lead)

📋 Description

• Provide school-based mental health services (individual, group, family).
• Develop evidence-based treatment plans for students.
• Collaborate with families to coordinate care and parent support.
• Oversee day-to-day clinical operations of the school-based program.
• Serve as primary clinical contact for school partners.
• Conduct risk assessments and crisis intervention as needed.

🎯 Requirements

• Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, or related field.
• Active clinical license (LCSW, LPC, LMFT) in Illinois.
• 3+ years of experience with school-age children/adolescents.
• Proficient in clinical documentation and EMR systems.
• Strong communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
