📋 Description

• Facilitate or co-facilitate Intensive Outpatient (IOP) groups and support admissions.
• Maintain an outpatient caseload with individual, group, and IOP sessions.
• Conduct intakes and assessments to determine needs and develop treatment plans.
• Provide in-person clinical coverage at the Paramus, NJ clinic.
• Collaborate with Forge providers (medication management and program staff) to coordinate care.
• Support continuity of care during planned staff leave.

🎯 Requirements

• Current unrestricted NJ license (LCSW, LPC, LSW, LAC, or LMFT).
• Master's degree in clinical field (SW, Counseling, Psychology, or related).
• Experience providing psychotherapy to adults.
• Strong experience in group facilitation and IOP settings.
• Familiarity with NJ behavioral health regulations and clinical documentation standards.
