Licensing Operations Manager (Pooling Only)

📋 Description

• Lead the Licensing team, owning both daily operations and long-term improvements
• Oversee and improve core workflows, including trademark checks, design approvals, licensing portal
• Manage relationships and communication with university and Greek licensors, and build the kind of
• Identify and pursue new licensing opportunities, expanding our network of partner schools and
• Drive key initiatives to modernize the function, including rolling out AI-powered tools for faster
• Collaborate closely with Tech, Product, Sales, and Design to get initiatives built and adopted

🎯 Requirements

• At least 3+ years in operations, licensing, compliance, or similar roles
• At least 1+ years of experience managing a team
• Strong project management and workflow optimization skills
• Experience identifying inefficient processes and implementing automation or tools to streamline them
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
• Strong relationship-building skills, with a personable, professional style that resonates well with
