Licensing Specialist (Contract)

📋 Description

• Establish licensing workflows and best-practice processes across states
• Assist provider onboarding and ensure regulatory compliance
• Manage licensure end-to-end: prep, submit, follow-up
• Coordinate licensing timelines and proactively avoid delays
• Develop and maintain licensing operations workflows
• Support CPAs across applicable states with DocuSign documentation

🎯 Requirements

• 2+ years of licensing experience, preferably healthcare
• Hands-on experience with Collaborative Practice Agreements (CPAs)
• Familiarity with Nursing Compact Licensure (NLC) and multi-state rules
• Experience submitting/managing licenses for RN, NP, and MD
• Experience using credentialing systems such as Verifiable and Salesforce
• Strong organizational and project management skills
