🎯 Requirements

• Education: Bachelor's in Mechanical, Electrical, Systems, or related field
• 2-3 years in core engineering, V-Model, and BOM knowledge
• Strong organizational skills and ability to structure ambiguity
• Cross-functional communication with multi-disciplinary teams
• Detail-oriented with analytical tracking of plans and changes
• Experience with Jira, Jama, Arena, CAD/PLM tools
