📋 Description

• Lead SAP Utilities / CCS BIL projects, programs, and AMS services.
• Coordinate support activities including incidents, problems, service requests, improvements, and
• Monitor project indicators, priorities, deadlines, risks, dependencies, and delivery quality.
• Ensure governance of CCS BIL processes, including tariff calculation engines, billing scenarios
• Support integrations between billing processes and FI-CA environments.

🎯 Requirements

• Solid experience in IT project, program, or service management.
• Experience working with SAP Utilities environments.
• Knowledge and practical experience with SAP CCS BIL billing and invoicing processes.
• Experience with AMS (Application Management Services), SAP support, and system evolution
• Understanding of Meter-to-Cash business processes.
• Experience managing incidents, problems, improvements, and SAP rollout projects.
