📋 Description

• Lead the technical direction of AI, automation, and technology innovation initiatives, including
• Act as the primary technical and strategic reference for AI, automation, generative AI, and
• Drive the AI and digital transformation journey by conducting workshops, ideation sessions
• Engage and support a community of approximately 40 AI ambassadors, helping them identify, develop
• Translate business needs into AI and automation use cases, initiatives, projects, and actionable
• Prioritize initiatives based on business impact, feasibility, risk, and expected return.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree, technology degree, or equivalent education in Information Technology, Computer
• Proven experience in technical leadership, particularly in AI, automation, digital transformation
• Strong knowledge of Generative AI, AI Agents, automation, cloud technologies, and solution
• Demonstrated ability to provide technical leadership and direction without necessarily being the
• Strong strategic thinking, with the ability to connect technology decisions to business objectives
• Experience leading workshops, executive presentations, ideation sessions, and multidisciplinary
