Life Cycle Management Representative

📋 Description

• Own and execute renewal opportunities within assigned accounts.
• Coordinate renewal timelines, due dates and responsibilities with customers and teams.
• Identify and communicate renewal upsell opportunities with sales.
• Provide renewal quotes aligned to timelines to grow revenue.
• Maintain accurate NetSuite data for opportunities and forecasts.
• Collaborate with customers and sales to capture renewal items and manage risk.

🎯 Requirements

• High school diploma required.
• Minimum of 5 years of maintenance renewal sales experience preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook) and CRM platforms.
• Strong analytical skills regarding client quotes, reports, manufacturer data.
• Must be a good collaborator, communicator, and facilitator with customers and cross functional teams.
• Ability to establish and execute against deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
