Life Sciences - Managing Director

📋 Description

• Serve as senior relationship owner and trusted advisor to CFOs, CAOs, controllers, audit committees, and boards.
• Lead high-impact engagements for life sciences companies.
• Build long-term relationships with clients, investors, auditors, and attorneys.
• Grow CFGI’s life sciences market presence through BD and thought leadership.
• Lead and mentor teams; oversee scope, staffing, budgets, and quality.
• Gain exposure to a broad range of organizations, transactions, and lifecycle stages.

🎯 Requirements

• 14+ years in public accounting, accounting advisory, consulting, or corporate finance.
• A minimum of two years with Deloitte, EY, KPMG, or PwC.
• CPA license.
• Significant life sciences industry experience (biotech/pharma/devices/diagnostics).
• Experience advising CFOs, CAOs, Controllers, Audit Committees, Boards, and external auditors.
• Experience leading major client portfolios and engagements with staffing, budgeting, and profitability.
• Experience applying US GAAP to complex matters (revenue, business combinations, impairment, leases).
• Experience leading SEC reporting, IPO readiness, and capital-market engagements.
