🎯 Requirements

• Strong scientific and operating background; concept-to-results; MD/PhD not required
• Multidisciplinary experience in a high-growth life sciences company or science VC
• Previously founded or joined as a founding team member of a biotech startup
• Excellent scientific taste and entrepreneurial instinct
• Execute independently; senior with judgment and hands-on
• 7+ years taking ideas from concept to results
