Lifecycle Growth Manager

📋 Description

• Own the full lifecycle strategy across email, in-app, and engagement from trial to renewal.
• Design and launch signal-based, triggered campaigns.
• Build retention and churn-prevention programs.
• Partner with Product, CS, and Education/Enablement teams.
• Collaborate with Marketing Ops to build the technical infrastructure.
• Bring a strategic, product-marketing mindset to every decision.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years in lifecycle marketing with ownership of retention/expansion.
• Experience with self-serve/product-led and sales-assisted motions.
• Hands-on with CRM platforms (Customer.io, Braze, Iterable) and product data.
• Quantify and communicate impact clearly to teams.
• Comfort with ambiguity and cross-stakeholder alignment.
• Bias toward auditing and improving existing processes.
