Lifecycle Marketing Lead

📋 Description

• Own the full customer lifecycle from onboarding to winback
• Define and execute a lifecycle roadmap aligned with goals
• Build cross-channel campaigns: email, push, in-app, SMS
• Design experiments to improve trial conversion and LTV
• Partner with product, engineering, data science, and creative teams
• Use AI tools to accelerate execution and analysis

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years in lifecycle, CRM, or retention marketing
• Proven lifecycle program builder, not just optimization
• Expert in Iterable (required)
• Strong understanding of subscription metrics
• Mobile experience across iOS and Android
• Analytical mindset with experiments and incrementality
