📋 Description

  • Own monthly email and SMS planning with clients.
  • Develop campaign concepts, offers, and A/B tests.
  • Write email and SMS copy.
  • Build, QA, segment, schedule, and send email and SMS campaigns.
  • Build and maintain customer segments.
  • Audit, build, and optimize automated flows.

🎯 Requirements

  • 4+ years of hands-on experience in email, SMS, or lifecycle marketing.
  • Comfortable owning both strategy and execution.
  • Hands-on experience with Klaviyo or comparable email and SMS platform.
  • Strong copywriting skills.
  • Ability to interpret performance data and design A/B tests.
  • Organized and detail-oriented.
