📋 Description

• Develop and execute multichannel lifecycle marketing strategies across email, web, social media
• Build, manage, and optimize automated customer journeys and triggered communications using
• Create audience segments and personalized experiences using behavioral, transactional, and
• Support marketing technology integrations and workflow configuration, collaborating with technical
• Oversee platform operations, vendor coordination, audience refresh schedules, send-volume
• Evaluate emerging Salesforce and AI capabilities and identify practical opportunities to improve

🎯 Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience in lifecycle marketing, CRM, or marketing operations, with
• Hands-on expertise with Salesforce Marketing Cloud or a comparable enterprise marketing automation
• Strong analytical capabilities, including experience with A/B testing, campaign performance
• Excellent communication and project management skills, with the ability to coordinate
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• Experience managing and coaching direct reports is an advantage.

🎁 Benefits

• Annual salary: $90,000–$110,000.
• Total compensation may also include an annual performance bonus.
