📋 Description

• Own all customer workflows, including welcome flows, lead nurture flows, and reengaged lead flows
• Implement and run the reengagement strategy, from spotting dormant leads to bringing them back into
• Close the loop with Sales by following every reengaged lead closely to ensure prompt contact with
• Test and learn by forming hypotheses and running rigorous tests on messaging, timing, channels and
• Gather insights and build reporting that shows how each flow performs and where the funnel leaks
• Work with Product and Launch on journeys for new features and releases, with Sales on lead stages

🎯 Requirements

• Highly analytical and data-driven, defaulting to data over gut feel and hungry to form hypotheses
• Confident across HubSpot and Salesforce, hands-on with workflows, lists, properties and reporting
• A rigorous tester, having designed, run and read A/B tests, and knowing how to set up a test so the
• A detail-oriented builder, building automations in a structured way, QAing them carefully, and
• Highly collaborative, building strong relationships with Product, Launch, Sales and Customer
• Experienced with 4+ years in lifecycle, CRM, email or marketing automation roles; experience with
