📋 Description

• Own the lifecycle marketing roadmap and campaign calendar end to end: strategy, briefing
• Lead always-on and triggered campaigns across the full customer journey: onboarding, activation
• Build a deep understanding of customer segments (usage patterns, behavior, lifecycle stage) to
• Translate positioning and messaging into lifecycle campaigns tailored to each channel, segment, and
• Partner with Marketing, Growth, Product, Data/Analytics, Support, and Customer Success to align

🎯 Requirements

• Proven experience owning a lifecycle marketing roadmap and campaigns at a SaaS company
• A product marketing background with a deep understanding of messaging, positioning, and personas
• Deep knowledge of customer segmentation and the levers that drive activation, conversion, and
• A track record of lifecycle campaigns with measurable revenue impact
• Hands-on cross-channel execution across email, in-app messaging, and push/SMS
• A data-driven approach and fluency with analytics tools and dashboards
