🎯 Requirements

Experience as HR Advisor or HRBP across the employee lifecycle.
Strong background managing terminations with legal compliance across jurisdictions.
Interpret and apply industrial instruments; analyze complex HR issues.
Excellent communication, influencing, conflict management, and negotiation.
Business-level English; additional languages a plus.
Tech-savvy; comfortable with async tools and evolving systems.
