Lifecycle Specialist, Employee Relations and Transitions - APAC

📋 Description

• Manage end-to-end exits across international jurisdictions.
• Provide HR guidance on terminations, resignations, contracts.
• Lead meetings with clients and external employees on exits.
• Coordinate stakeholders to ensure compliance in offboarding.
• Contribute to process improvements and automation initiatives.
• Operate in a fast, asynchronous, remote environment.

🎯 Requirements

• HR Advisor or HRBP with lifecycle experience.
• Proven experience managing exits with legal compliance.
• Interpret HR instruments and advise on complex issues.
• Basic understanding of employee relations and discipline.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and confidentiality.
• Business-level English; additional languages a plus.
