Lifecycle Specialist, Employee Relations and Transitions - APAC

📋 Description

• Manage end-to-end exits across jurisdictions.
• Guide clients on termination, resignation, transfers, and contracts.
• Lead meetings with clients and external employees during separations.
• Influence outcomes in complex terminations with multiple stakeholders.
• Liaise with payroll, legal, government bodies for audits and records.
• Draft and administer termination documents with privacy in mind.

🎯 Requirements

• Experience as an HR Advisor or HRBP with lifecycle exposure.
• Experience managing voluntary and involuntary exits with legal compliance.
• Interpret HR regulations and provide practical solutions to clients.
• Understanding of ER principles and workplace investigations.
• Strong communication, influencing, conflict management and negotiation skills.
• English proficiency; multi-language skills a plus; tech-savvy and autonomous in async work.
