📋 Description

• End-to-end exits across multiple jurisdictions with compliance.
• Guide on terminations, resignations, transfers; ensure legal compliance.
• Lead client meetings and facilitate terminations/settlements.
• Coordinate payroll, legal, government bodies for offboarding.
• Act as subject-matter expert on offboarding and ER.
• Identify process improvements and automation opportunities.

🎯 Requirements

• HR Advisor/HRBP with lifecycle experience
• Experience managing voluntary and involuntary exits
• Interpret industrial instruments and advise clients
• Knowledge of employee relations, discipline and investigations
• Strong communication, negotiation, and confidentiality
• Business-level English; other languages a plus
