📋 Description

• Manage end-to-end employee exits across multiple jurisdictions.
• Provide first-level Employee Relations guidance to clients.
• Support lifecycle process improvements and automation initiatives.
• Work in a fast-paced, remote, async global team.
• Ensure privacy and data integrity in HR records.
• Collaborate with payroll, legal and other stakeholders.

🎯 Requirements

• Experience as HR Advisor or HRBP with lifecycle exposure.
• Proven exits management across jurisdictions with compliance.
• Interpret regulations, analyze issues, propose practical solutions.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and conflict management.
• Business-level English; other languages a plus.
• Tech-savvy; comfortable async collaboration; AI/automation fluency.
