Lifecycle Specialist, Employee Relations and Transitions - EMEA

📋 Description

• Manage end-to-end employee exits across multiple jurisdictions with compliance.
• Guide clients on terminations, resignations, contracts, and redundancies with compliance.
• Lead meetings with clients and external employees for workforce reductions.
• Coordinate payroll, legal, government bodies, and unions for compliant offboarding.
• Draft termination documents; maintain accurate, privacy-safe employee records.
• Identify improvements, automation and AI-enabled lifecycle processes.

🎯 Requirements

• Experience as HR Advisor or HRBP with lifecycle exposure.
• Experience managing voluntary and involuntary exits with multi-jurisdiction compliance.
• Interpret industrial instruments, analyze HR issues, provide practical solutions.
• Understanding of employee relations principles, discipline, and investigations.
• Excellent communication, influencing, and negotiation; confidentiality.
• Business-level English; other languages a plus.
