📋 Description

• Manage end-to-end exits across multiple jurisdictions, focusing on smooth offboarding.
• Guide on terminations, resignations, contracts, and redundancies; ensure compliance.
• Lead meetings with clients and external employees for terminations and settlements.
• Coordinate with payroll, legal, government bodies and unions for compliance.
• Draft and maintain termination documents with privacy and accuracy.
• Process offboarding in Remote's HRIS with cross-team collaboration.

🎯 Requirements

• Experience as HR Advisor/HRBP with lifecycle experience.
• Proven exits management (voluntary/involuntary) with compliance.
• Interpret labor instruments and analyze complex HR issues.
• Understanding ER principles and progressive discipline.
• Excellent communication, influencing, conflict management, and confidentiality.
• English at business level; additional languages a plus.
