  • Proven exits management (voluntary/involuntary) with compliance.
  • Interpret labor instruments and analyze complex HR issues.
  • Understanding ER principles and progressive discipline.
  • Excellent communication, influencing, conflict management, and confidentiality.
  • English at business level; additional languages a plus.
