Provide HR guidance on termination, resignation, contracts, and transfers.
Lead meetings with clients and external employees, including workforce reductions.
Balance stakeholder interests to influence outcomes in terminations.
Coordinate with payroll, legal, government bodies, and unions for compliance.
Identify opportunities for process improvements and automation.

🎯 Requirements

Experience managing voluntary and involuntary exits with care and compliance.
HR Advisor or HR Business Partner experience.
Ability to interpret employment laws across jurisdictions.
Strong communication, negotiation, and conflict management.
Business-level English; additional languages a plus.
Demonstrates automation and AI capabilities.
