🎯 Requirements

  • Experience managing voluntary and involuntary exits with care and compliance.
  • HR Advisor or HR Business Partner experience.
  • Ability to interpret employment laws across jurisdictions.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and conflict management.
  • Business-level English; additional languages a plus.
  • Demonstrates automation and AI capabilities.
