🎯 Requirements

  • Experience as HR Advisor/HRBP with generalist HR competencies.
  • Strong track record managing exits with compliance across jurisdictions.
  • Interpret employment laws, analyze HR issues, and propose practical solutions.
  • Basic knowledge of employee relations, discipline, and investigations.
  • Excellent communication, influencing, conflict mgmt, and negotiation skills.
  • Business-level English; additional languages a plus.
