Lifecycle Specialist, Employee Relations and Transitions - EMEA

📋 Description

• Manage end-to-end offboarding across jurisdictions with compliance and service.
• Advise on terminations, resignations, contracts and redundancies with legal compliance.
• Lead meetings with clients and external employees for consultations and settlements.
• Coordinate with payroll, legal, government bodies, and unions for compliance.
• Identify and drive offboarding process improvements and automation.
• Contribute to Lifecycle initiatives; ensure privacy and data accuracy in records.

🎯 Requirements

• Experience as HR Advisor/HRBP with generalist HR competencies.
• Strong track record managing exits with compliance across jurisdictions.
• Interpret employment laws, analyze HR issues, and propose practical solutions.
• Basic knowledge of employee relations, discipline, and investigations.
• Excellent communication, influencing, conflict mgmt, and negotiation skills.
• Business-level English; additional languages a plus.
