🎯 Requirements

• HR Advisor/HRBP with lifecycle experience.
• Proven exits management with legal compliance.
• Interpret HR instruments; analyze issues; advise clients.
• Understand discipline and investigations basics.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, confidentiality.
• English proficiency; other languages a plus; tech-savvy.
