Lifecycle Specialist, Employee Relations & Transitions - LATAM

📋 Description

• Manage end-to-end exits across AMER, EMEA, and APAC.
• Guide HR matters: terminations, resignations, contracts, redundancies.
• Lead client meetings and negotiate terminations and settlements.
• Coordinate stakeholders to ensure offboarding and audits compliance.
• Draft termination documents and maintain records with privacy.
• Process offboarding in Remote's HRIS and ensure timely exits.

🎯 Requirements

• HR Advisor or HRBP with lifecycle HR experience.
• Experience handling voluntary and involuntary exits with legal compliance.
• Interpret employment laws, analyze HR issues, and propose solutions.
• Understanding of employee relations, discipline, investigations.
• Excellent communication, influencing, and negotiation skills.
• Business-level English; other languages a plus.
