📋 Description

• Manage end-to-end exits for external employees with legal compliance.
• Provide first-level Employee Relations support to clients.
• Guide workplace concerns and coordinate resources as needed.
• Contribute to process improvements across the Lifecycle team.

🎯 Requirements

• Experience as a HR Advisor or HR Business Partner across the lifecycle.
• Experience managing voluntary and involuntary exits with compliance.
• Interpret and apply HR instruments; analyze complex HR issues.
• Basic understanding of employee relations principles.
• Strong communication, influencing and negotiation skills.
• Business-level English; other languages a plus.
• Aptitude to innovate and optimize processes; automation mindset.
• Efficient data integrity and record-keeping.
