Lifecycle Specialist, Employee Relations & Transitions - LATAM

📋 Description

• Manage end-to-end offboarding for external Remote employees with compliance.
• Provide first-level Employee Relations support, guiding clients and coordinating resources.
• Contribute to Lifecycle team's process improvements and strategic goals.
• Work asynchronously in a global, remote environment.
• Ensure privacy and accuracy of employee records during offboarding.
• Coordinate payroll, legal and stakeholders for compliant offboarding.

🎯 Requirements

• Experience as HR Advisor/HRBP across the employee lifecycle.
• Strong exits experience with compliance and cross-jurisdiction laws.
• Interpret HR instruments, analyze issues, research, and advise clients.
• Basic understanding of ER principles, discipline, and investigations.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and confidentiality; lead tough conversations.
• Business-level English; additional languages a plus.
