Experience as HR Advisor/HRBP with lifecycle exposure.
Experience managing voluntary/involuntary exits with compliance.
Interpret HR instruments, analyze issues, and advise clients.
ER principles, discipline and investigations basics.
Strong communication, conflict management, and negotiation skills.
Advanced English; other languages a plus.
