Lift Operator

📋 Description

• Safely relocate and consolidate inventory using forklifts in a narrow warehouse
• Maximize space by executing consolidation plans and repositioning items
• Use RF scanners to place inventory, pick items, and verify orders
• Unload shipments, inspect for damage, verify contents against POs or packing slips
• Perform equipment inspections and report malfunctions or safety issues
• Meet productivity targets while maintaining safety, accuracy, and organization

🎯 Requirements

• 2+ years experience operating an order picker forklift
• High school diploma or GED required
• Basic computer skills, including WMS and Microsoft Excel
• Lift up to 50 lbs independently; 225 lbs with assistance
• Steel-toed boots required at all times
• Willing and able to work overtime as needed
