Lighting Project Manager

📋 Description

• Manage project schedules, priorities, and deliverables from kickoff to completion
• Interpret specifications, drawings, and riser diagrams to determine requirements
• Specify stage-lighting systems and associated equipment
• Prepare equipment takeoffs, obtain pricing, and develop proposals/bids
• Coordinate submittals, shipments, installation schedules, and documentation
• Communicate with clients, suppliers, engineering, sales, and on-site teams

🎯 Requirements

• Experience managing projects, preferably entertainment lighting or installs
• Ability to interpret technical specs, drawings, and riser diagrams
• Knowledge of stage-lighting systems and equipment
• Experience with estimates, bids, and supplier quotations
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Problem-solving and remote collaboration abilities
