Line Leader

📋 Description

• Manage the production line to meet safety, quality, and cost goals
• Serve as customer liaison and ensure quality requirements are met
• Analyze production data to identify productivity and quality gains
• Drive key performance goals for production lines
• Work with various departments on short- and long-term projects

🎯 Requirements

• High School diploma or equivalent required
• Bachelor's degree in Production/Operations or related field preferred
• 3-5 years supervising people in manufacturing
• Previous glass industry experience highly preferred
• Lean Six Sigma experience preferred
• Availability to support 24/7 operations
