🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, or related field preferred
• 5+ years supervising/leading people and processes in manufacturing
• Availability to support 24/7 operations
• Demonstrated leadership and ability to motivate teams
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written
