📋 Description

• Review seller documentation, including vehicle titles and registration records, to verify
• Inspect vehicle photos, trim levels, mileage, and other listing details, identifying
• Prioritize the Submitted queue and move qualified listings to the Listed stage as quickly as
• Contact U.S. sellers by phone and text to confirm information, verify their intention to sell, and
• Answer basic questions from sellers about the auction process and next steps, escalating complex
• Organize and tag leads in the CRM, identify potential cancellation risks, and conduct follow-ups

🎯 Requirements

• Near-native English proficiency, both written and spoken, with the confidence to communicate with
• Exceptional attention to detail and a consistent approach to accurate documentation and record
• Confidence making outbound calls and sending text messages to verify information and follow up with
• Strong organizational, prioritization, and time-management skills.
• Ability to learn and use CRM systems and digital tools effectively.
• Full-time availability during U.S. business hours.
