📋 Description

• Review seller documents to verify authenticity and accuracy.
• Inspect vehicle photos and details, requesting corrections when needed.
• Prioritize Submitted queue and move listings to Listed stage.
• Contact U.S. sellers by phone and text to confirm information.
• Organize and tag leads in CRM, identifying cancellation risks.
• Provide clear notes to Listing Team and meet quality targets.

• Confidence making outbound calls and text follow-ups.
