📋 Description

• Review vehicle titles and registration records for authenticity and accuracy.
• Inspect vehicle photos, trim, mileage and listing details for inconsistencies.
• Prioritize Submitted queue and move qualified listings to Listed stage.
• Contact U.S. sellers by phone and text to confirm and collect details.
• Answer seller questions and escalate complex inquiries to listing agents.
• Tag leads in CRM, identify cancellation risks, and follow up with scripts.

🎯 Requirements

• Near-native English proficiency, written and spoken.
• Exceptional attention to detail and accurate documentation.
• Confidence making outbound calls and sending texts.
• Strong organizational, prioritization, and time-management skills.
• Ability to learn and use CRM systems and digital tools.
• Full-time availability during U.S. business hours.
